Commercial Construction Site Manager

Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Providing leadership on site with Bluestone and subcontract workers
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing and documenting WHS and Quality outcomes on site
- Determining cost effective construction solutions
To succeed in this role you will need:
- A proven track record in leading commercial construction projects in the $3-10m range
- A commitment to driving safety and quality outcomes on your sites
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Carpentry trade qualifications, driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Competent using IT – you will be using Procore Construction Management Software to manage your sites
