Bluestone delivered the new Northcott Community Hub in Dapto, a purpose-built facility designed by Become Architecture and completed under a construct-only contract. Situated on a challenging site, the project required innovative planning, careful logistics, and an efficient use of constrained space to create a fully accessible, welcoming environment for people with disability. The hub features flexible and adaptable spaces to support a wide range of activities, including day programs, skills training, social engagement, and community events, ensuring that all users can participate comfortably and safely. Every design and construction decision was guided by accessibility, durability, and functionality, creating a facility that enhances the independence, learning, and wellbeing of its visitors.
