Update your browserThe Manildra Group packing plant project in Bomaderry brought together complex industrial construction, detailed coordination, and a strong focus on operational continuity. Designed by Edmiston Jones and Sellick Consultants, Bluestone delivered a new industrial shell complete with offices and changerooms, forming a key component of Manildra’s large-scale packing operations. The facility was constructed using concrete tilt-up panels, providing a robust and durable structure capable of meeting the demands of heavy industrial use. Working within a live operational environment, the project required precise staging, comprehensive risk management, and close communication with plant personnel to ensure safety and maintain productivity. The integrated office fitout provides staff with a functional and efficient workspace that connects seamlessly to the wider processing operations. This project highlights Bluestone’s capability in delivering high-performance industrial facilities, combining structural resilience, practical design, and disciplined construction management to support Manildra Group’s ongoing operational needs and long-term growth.
