Designed by SOTO Consulting Engineers, the project involved a heavy refurbishment within a high-risk, process-driven industrial environment, demanding precise coordination, innovation, and a focus on efficiency at every stage. By repurposing an unused space within a live heavy industrial setting, Bluestone successfully delivered a contemporary, functional workspace that enhances operational capability while showcasing the value of adaptive reuse within complex industrial facilities.
